V1.3.0.0 Update

-Added splash text.

-changed level 3 AGAIN, because buttons broke AGAIN.

-Added sprite and music for boss1.

-Added options menu,

-Added speedrun scoreboard (local)

-Added 2 cheat codes that are pretty useless.

-Probably more that I've forgotten about.

-v1.2.0.0 is not available because its basically this version, but broken and with less stuff.

-I'm proud to announce that Palingenesis is almost in a playable, yet short state, and can almost move on to becoming an actual beta in my eyes.
